Q: How do I arrange care for myself or a family member?
A: Contact Hope In Care Services either by telephone on 0330 120 1607 or email info@hics.co.uk and we will arrange for a member of the team to call you.
We are happy to meet with you at your home to discuss your needs, options, then once agreed, we will work together to provide you a personalised service.
Q: What duties will my carers provide?
A: Once we have met and understood your needs we work together to agree a care plan to meet your individual needs. The care plans will be reviewed and updated regularly with yourself and your loved ones to ensure we are meeting your needs all the time.
Q: What if I need help with my medication?
A: One of our core roles is to administer or support you to administer your medication. All our Staff have to carry out specific training to administer medication in line with CQC requirements.
We can also support you to collect prescriptions and medication from your GP and pharmacy as required.
Q: Are there any duties my carer is unable to carry out?
: Carers will carry out tasks as per care plan. They do not provide nursing care like giving injections or changing dressings.
However any needs identified will be reviewed and added to care plans or feedback to relevant agencies such as your GP with your permission.
